4th of July

I hope that everyone had a great 4th of July! We had a wonderful day with a BBQ at home with the best of friends. We couldn't have asked for a better day. We have to stay close to home anytime there is fireworks since our dogs will destroy our house if not !
We started our day with a mini photo shoot since the girls looked so cute in their matching outfits! Then once our friends came over was time to play in the new kiddie pool. Jolee and James had so much fun splashing and playing. We got water guns as well for the "kids " to play with..... Joey and I only had one water fight :). After dinner is was time for some cake and fireworks. Jolee did really well this year and wasn't afraid of the small fireworks we had at all. She even did well when our neighbors started setting off the big ones. She looked up and said they were beautiful, then quickly asked to go inside!
Thanks again to all those military personnel and their families who keep us safe so that we could enjoy our day!
