Happy Father's day Daddy!

Daddy,
I know we can't really tell you yet how much we love you, but we hope this helps show it! Thank you for being the princess chauffeur, dress up partner, playmate, protector, cuddler, storyteller and overall best Daddy. We will always be your little girls! Happy Father's Day....

Landsharks concert in the park

Last night was the yearly Landsharks concert which helps officially kick off summer here in our neighborhood. For those of you who don't know the Landsharks are Jimmy Buffet's house band at Margaritaville. It is always so much fun and last night did not disappoint. We had fun playing in the fountains, dancing and snacking. It turned out to be a perfect night. Plus the best part was that everyone slept past 8 am this morning!

new baby pool

New baby pool on some very hot days is a good thing. Jolee and Rory have so much fun just splashing around. Plus it's nice not to have to gather a ton of gear and walk to the pool.

Fashion shows and backyard adventures

Jolee loves a good costume change. I swear that she is going to be an actress one day! The other day we had yet another fashion show, and since Rory joined in as well I thought I should share. There were a lot of outfits. I didn't even take pictures of all of them! I also included some pictures of our backyard jungle. Our butterfly garden from last year is in full bloom again so we have caterpillars, butterflies, and lots of other bugs. We also have tons of birds as we look out our yard. Have fun!

Ballerina

Bear with me.. This is going to be a long one!
Today was Jolee's very first Ballet recital. It was so cute. I took a ridiculous amount of pictures so trying to narrow it down to just a few was near impossible. Jolee did so well. She listened and did everything she was supposed to. Her class came out and showed us all how they stretched and warmed up for class. Then they came back out and did their actual performance dance along with 3 other fun dances. Funny side note, Jolee told everyone in the audience that Rory likes to spill raisins all over the floor when she eats them during the warm up part of the performance. So cute! The whole class did really well. 2 little girls had a few shy moments and ran to their moms for a minute or two but other than that they all did a great job.

Again, sorry for the crazy amount of pictures, but I hope you enjoy them as much I do. I am so proud of my beautiful little ballerina!
